A Proprietary TMS system

To make your life easier, NAL Group has made technology one of our top priorities. We have invested greatly into our TMS system and have partnered with some of most innovative programmers in the industry. Integrating with our network and infrastructure is simple.

Our programmers will work with you to insure that your orders transmit properly into our system, with or without pre-determined delivery dates. That’s right, we are capable of allowing the customer to choose a delivery date, at the point of sale. If that doesn’t interest you, once the orders are received, we will contact each customer and schedule delivery for a time of their convenience. Once orders are scheduled, you can view them in our system to track every step of the way; from when it is loaded on a truck until it is signed for by the customer. Should any issues occur, our staff will alert you in real time, via phone and email, to keep you in the know.

With our network of third party providers, we can provide back of store pick up and cross docking in almost any market in the US & Canada
